Winter Training

The MLRC Winter training program offers a comprehensive set of workouts designed to keep you fit and active during the winter months and to prepare athletes for the spring racing season. The goal is to improve overall strength, core strength, and flexibility, with a focus on cardiovascular conditioning and proper rowing technique. Workouts include erging (simulated rowing), yoga, weightlifting, swimming and aerobic activities. Our rigorous three month program will make you faster, stronger and healthier. 

Where: Swimquest 901 NJ- 10, Whippany, NJ 07981 (same as last year) 

When: Boys 3:30-5:30pm Monday-Friday Girls Mon, Wed 5-7, T, Th, Fr 3:30-530pm Saturday 7:30-9:30am

Winter training runs from Dec 3-Dec 21 2018, Jan 2-March 8, 2019 

The athlete must have a current physical on file
