Complete Summer season with 3 regattas 

This summer the Mountain Lakes Rowing will run a comprehensive program consisting of rowing with land training and instruction. Four coaches will supervise five training sessions per week, Monday-Friday at our lakeside facility in Mt. Arlington. The season will run from June 25-August 10.  Newer rowers will get a thorough instruction to the sport and rowing technique.  Previously experienced athletes will continue to develop and train.  There will be three races: June 30-June 31 is the Independence day regatta at the Schuykill River. This is a massive 2 day rowing mega event featuring over 250 races from youth beginners to post-collegiate national team hopefuls and everyone in between (2000m).  July 21, 2017 is the Philadelphia youth regatta at the Schuykill River. It is also a 2000m head-to-head.  The third race is July 28th Overpeck regional youth regatta in Fort Lee, NJ which is a 1500m sprint race.  You can miss some time for vacation but must register for the entire season

Dates: June 25 - August 10, 2017 (Monday-Friday)

Time: 10am-noon for experienced boys, 6am-8am for experienced girls

Fees: $550 for the season (coxswains free)

Grades: 8th - 12th grades
