For the remainder of his time at Syracuse University, Zach worked for the athletic department while completing his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Secondary Education. In his time at Mercer, the Novice Boys won both the 8+ and 4+ at the Mid-Atlantic Championships in 2017. Additionally, Zach coached numerous summer teams. In the summer of 2016, as the Interim Women’s Head Coach, Mercer raced in the Grand Finals of the Women’s U19 8+, 4+ and 2- at The Royal Canadian Henley Regatta. In the summer of 2017, Zach was the Varsity Men’s Head Coach, where they raced in the Grand Finals of the Men’s U19 8+, 4+ and 2- at Club Nationals.

Zach is very excited to bring his passion, and drive of the sport to grow and develop Mountain Lakes into one of the premiere clubs on the East Coast!
